Community Park

Community Park being 45.8 acres is typically designed for the sports person. This park is the home to St. Matthews Little League and as a result features numerous fenced league quality ball fields.

Other amenities in Community Park include:

Basketball and tennis courts
Children’s play area with equipment, grills, picnic tables, water fountains and port-a-pot restrooms
During active ball games a concession stand is open for purchasing refreshments
Sizeable wooded area with asphalted and natural walking paths.
Natural stream running along the rear portion of the park
Metal architectural structure with bench seating for those who prefer to sit and take in the natural surroundings.
Free parking is available

Hours of operation:
Community Park is open to the public from dawn to dusk, as it is with all City of
St. Matthews parks.
